DIE WELLE provides a successful combination of safety and openness, compactness and transparency.
The building ensemble meets all the state-of-the-art safety requirements that make up a high-quality property. A central security unit is responsible for access control.
Safety in public areas and in the underground car park is guaranteed by a video monitoring system 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Tenants have access to their rented areas at any time using a code card.
