      AROUND THE OLD OPERA HOUSE

The DIE WELLE ensemble is right next to Opernplatz and the Old Opera House, the centre of Frankfurt's cultural life. The shopping district of Fressgass, Goethestrasse and Zeil, with some of Frankfurt's most exclusive, famous retail outlets, is close by. The district also contains plenty of restaurants, bars and cafe's, which round off the range of catering facilities. Besides the DIE WELLE Promenade, there is also Rothschildpark, with its beautiful old trees, on the opposite side of Reuterweg, where people can sit and relax.
